We live by the terms of the Letter of Intent (LOI)  The deal is the deal, where the Purchase Agreement is simply a more formal version of the LOI.

We can deliver agreements quickly as we do most of the work ourselves.  We have a ready team of outside advisors (Banking, Legal, Accounting, Insurance, Environmental) .

We are collaborative, not adversarial during the due diligence process, & we get transactions completed by agreed to dates.
